Explosions Heard In Kyiv Following Missile Strike

The air defence was working.

In the morning of December 20, explosions took place in Kiev because of the Russian missile attack. The work of air defence forces and means continues in the capital.

This is reported by RBC-Ukraine with reference to the AFU air force and Kyiv mayor Vitaly Klitschko.

The explosions occurred in Kyiv at about seven o'clock in the morning.

Before that, the military informed about fixing a high-speed target, which was moving towards Kyiv. Subsequently, it became known about another one - on the same route.

‘Air defence forces are working in Kyiv. Stay in shelters!’ said the mayor of the capital on Telegram.

In addition, more explosions were heard in Kyiv later.

‘Another target is fixed through Chernihiv region. The direction - Kyiv!’
