A man witnessed an unusual event on Partyzanski Avenue. Two drivers decided to sort things out right in the middle of the roadway. It came to fighting, writes «Онлайнер» .

“The young Volvo driver cut off and then beat up a man who looked to be over 60 years old and who was driving a Nissan,” an eyewitness described the incident. “The backstory is shown at the end of the first video, and the entire second video is the actual emergency situation.” For convenience, we have combined the two recordings into one.

“I was driving left, so there was no time to wait for what would happen next,” the man added. “And there was no point either.”

“A protocol was drawn up against the Volvo driver under Part 12 of Article 18.13 of the Code of Administrative Offenses for creating an emergency situation,” the State Traffic Safety Inspectorate reported. “During the investigation, we studied the recordings from the surveillance cameras and questioned the Nissan driver. As a result of the investigation, the Volvo driver was held liable under Part 1 of Article 18.13 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Belarus for driving through a red light.”
