Budanov Reveals Details Of Russian Mi-8 Helicopter's Destruction By Naval Drone

The operation to destroy the Russian Mi-8 helicopter with a sea drone is historic.

According to Kyrylo Budanov, the GUR (Ukrainian Defence Intelligence) head, RBK-Ukraine reports with reference to the telethon.

According to him, Magura V5 drones have attacked enemy air forces several times before. However, then the Russian equipment still "reached" the coastline, although it was shot down.

"Today, for the first time, a helicopter was shot down, it fell into the water. That is, the fact of the destruction of an air target over the Black Sea has been recorded. The second one, by the way, was also shot down. It was able to reach the airfield and make an emergency landing," Budanov said.
