The American "expert" called for lifting sanctions against the Lukashenka regime.

Radio Liberty made an interview with American political scientist from the Quincy Institute for Responsible Public Administration Mark Episkopos. He called for lifting sanctions against the Lukashenka regime and "refusing to change the regime in Belarus."
