On December 5, the U.S. Congress will hold hearings on Belarus' involvement in the forced relocation and re-education of Ukrainian children, reports the U.S. Commission on Security and Cooperation in Europe (Helsinki Commission).
In addition, Belarus' military cooperation with Russia and the evasion of sanctions by both countries will be discussed during the hearing.
It is reported that a representative of the former law enforcers' association of BelPol Matvei Kupreichyk, Lithuanian Foreign Minister Gabrielius Landsbergis and legal expert of the Regional Centre for Human Rights Kateryna Rashevskaia will testify at the hearings.
