Valery Tsepkala's Property Put Up For Auction

The authorities have decided to take revenge on the ex-presidential candidate.

The property of former presidential candidate Valery Tsepkala has been put up for auction on the electronic auction site BelJurObsecurity.

The encumbrances are marked: arrest by the investigative authorities, ban on registration by the registration authority, bailiff.

Valery Tsepkala was the former head of the Belarusian High Technology Park and took part in the 2020 presidential election campaign. The politician left the country in July 2020, fearing persecution.

Back home, Valery Tsepkala was sentenced in absentia to 17 years in a maximum security colony.
