The day of February 14 could have been chosen not by chance.
Early this morning the AFU attacked the Russian "Caesar Kunikov" large landing ship in the Black Sea near Miskhor.
The Ukrainian intelligence confirmed that this particular landing ship had been destroyed.
However, there is symbolism in the date when the ship was destroyed, dialog.ua writes.
As it turned out, Caesar Kunikov, after whom the large landing ship is named, died at the age of 33 on February 14, 1943 during the Second World War.

Thus Ukrainian intelligence was getting ready for this very date, so that the ship "died" on the same day as the man after whom the ship was called.
It is also interesting that "Caesar Kunikov" was already attacked by the AFU in March 2022, when it was stationed in the port of occupied Berdyansk. Only then he was damaged, and now it ended up at the bottom of the sea.
The video, which was published on the Net, shows the detonation of shells on board the ship, as well as a number of rescue ships and helicopters that rushed to search for possible survivors of the occupants.
The ship is known to have a maximum crew of 87. The ship is capable of carrying both enemy manpower and military equipment. It can also be used to install sea mines.
It is interesting that Caesar Kunikov himself is buried in Gelendzhik, where Vladimir Putin has his bunker.
