None of the crew survived.
Yesterday, a Russian A-50 long-range radar detection (AWACS) aircraft, with a tail number being 42, registration number — RF-50610, Akhtubinsk airfield, was shot down over the Krasnodar Territory, Russian Federation.
According to Defense Intelligence of Ukraine, the A-50 was shot down by an S-200 air defense missile. Later, the DIU reported that none of the 10 crew members of the A-50 survived.
The Russian publication “Spy Dossier”» was the first to publish the names of Russian officers liquidated on the A-50 board.
According to the publication, the A-50 crew looked as follows:
Borovikov Valery, major, commander;
Ruluk Alexander, major, navigator;
Chantsev Mikhail, major;
Vasiliev Sergey, captain;
Provalov Alexander, senior lieutenant;
Khrulev Dmitry, warrant officer.
Also, officers Belov, Telmanov, Soldatkin and Fedosov are attached to this aircraft. It is not yet known whether they were on board at the time of the catastrophe.
