Man Tortures Shepherd Dog In Elevator Cabin In Mahiliou

The police are already looking for the dog's owner.

The other day, a video of a man’s rough treatment of a shepherd dog in the elevator of one of the Mahiliou high-rise buildings appeared on the Internet. According to a Telegram channel close to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, they are already looking for the owner of the dog.

The video was filmed on a CCTV camera installed in the elevator. The recording shows a man entering an elevator with a dog. When the door closed behind them, the owner first hit the dog in the face with his palm and later kicked it.

After the video was published online, the police became interested in the situation.

“We learned that the police are already searching for the dog’s mockery of an owner,” reported a Telegram channel close to the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
