The son of the head of Chechnya did not participate in the competition, but was the first to go on stage to receive the award. In the published video, the 16-year-old son of Ramzan Kadyrov practically runs onto the stage, where the organizers put a gold medal around his neck. As ChTD notes, Kadyrov Jr. came to Dubai to support the Akhmat team, which took first place. He came there as his father's “chief security officer”.

In February 2020, Adam Kadyrov participated in the “Time of Legends” tournament according to amateur boxing rules, where Ugandan Mukisa Ukasha agreed to become his opponent. In the first round, the African boxer almost did not attack, and in the second he sat down on his knee after a slight blow and did not rise to his stance during the countdown to 10 seconds, so Kadyrov was awarded a knockout victory. After the fight, he was given a belt from the Akhmat club with the inscription “Chief Champion”.

On April 8, 2021, 13-year-old Kadyrov entered a boxing match against Aslan Bittirov. The latter dominated the first two rounds. 11 seconds before the end of the second round, when Bittirov was delivering blow after blow to Adam, the referee suddenly interrupted the attack and began counting him down, although he stood firmly in a fighting stance and was ready to continue the fight. The towel was thrown out of Bittirov's corner as a sign of surrender, and Kadyrov was awarded the victory by technical knockout.

The commentators of the fight were surprised and could not explain the situation. When the video of the competition hit the Internet, it caused a scandal; many boxers and representatives of the sports community noticed that Aslan Bittirov was not knocked down and there was no reason to count to 10. At the same time, the Chechen media wrote that Adam “didn’t leave a single chance” for his opponent.

At the end of September last year a video appeared in which Adam Kadyrov beats Mykyta Zhuravel, accused of burning the Koran, in a pre-trial detention center. Ramzan Kadyrov later admitted that his son beat the prisoner and also published a video of the beating. As the Baza Telegram channel reported, the Chechen police conducted an investigation into the beating of Mykyta Zhuravel and refused to initiate a criminal case. The Ministry of Internal Affairs motivated this by the fact that Adam Kadyrov is 15 years old, that is, he has not reached the age of criminal responsibility.

Later, the teenager received the title of Hero of Chechnya. And even later he received several official awards and positions, in particular, he became the curator of the battalion of the Russian Ministry of Defense named after Sheikh Mansur, as well as the post of head of the security department of his father Ramzan Kadyrov.
