Volodin proposes to the ruler to strengthen control of the Russian Federation and confrontation with Western countries after the "elections".
Hackers have intercepted correspondence between the head of the Russian parliament and the head of the Kremlin Vladimir Putin. In particular, Volodin suggests Putin to strengthen control of the Russian Federation and confrontation with Western countries after the "elections".
This is reported by the Centre of national resistance.
The correspondence was intercepted by Cyber Resistance activists thanks to hacking of one of the researchers of the Institute of Scientific Information on Social Sciences Roman Seytkaliev, who is the assistant director of the Institute. Seytkaliyev's mail carries documents related to the activities of the entire Institute.
"It is on this mail, in correspondence between Seytkaliev and Yuri Pushchaev, a senior researcher at the Institute, that Volodin's letter to Russian President Vladimir Putin with proposals to introduce the concept of 'dis-westisation' in the Russian Federation after the 'elections' is found," the report says.
In particular, it is known from Volodin's letter that no one in Russia's ruling circles doubts Putin's re-election, and as early as November-December last year the Russian authorities were forming plans for the post-election period, because the letter itself is dated November 30, and Putin's reply comes on December 12, 2023.
Among the replicated propaganda, the letter points out that Russia needs transformation and measures that will strengthen it in the face of coming challenges. In particular, it proposes a bizarre "dis-westisation" that involves:
increased stateisation of the economy, with all raw material industries being taken over by the state;
sovereignisation of science, culture and art, increasing the role of the state in their development;
strengthening censorship, particularly on TV and the Internet;
solving the issue of opposition movements.
According to Volodin, the Duma committees are ready to support the initiative and start working on draft laws.
Volodin's letter is based precisely on the concept prepared by the above-mentioned Institute. According to it, the challenges faced by Russia are similar to those of the Great Patriotic War.
"It is saying that the West's support for Ukraine is delaying the rapid completion of the 'special military operation', that the West views Ukraine as an investment object and has already invested so much money that it will never back down," the Resistance adds, quoting the text of the correspondence.
