Pro-Russian Activist From Rechytsa Films ‘Prohibited’ Video At Airfield Near Ziabrauka

You get imprisoned for this in Belarus.

Uladzimir Habrau, the head of the military-patriotic center for special training of pre-conscription youth “Skif” in Rechytsa, published a video of the movement of military equipment and missile equipment at an airfield near Ziabrauka, which is used by Russian troops. After the Flagstaff publication drew attention to this, the video was deleted.

The video showed the movement of armored personnel carriers at the entrance to the airfield, a Belarusian special forces helicopter, and missile launchers and radar equipment were also visible.

Uladzimir Habrau is a pro-Russian activist. He founded a military-patriotic center for special training of pre-conscription youth “Skif” in Rechytsa; on his initiative, a museum of airborne forces and special forces appeared in the local gymnasium, in which there is a “branded” sledgehammer from the Wagner PMC, signed by one of the mercenaries.

In Belarus, photography and video shooting are prohibited at sensitive and especially sensitive facilities, which include, for example, main pipelines, subways, airports and, of course, military airfields.

At least 37 people have been sentenced to serious prison terms in Belarus for photographing and videotaping military equipment since the beginning of Russia’s war against Ukraine.
