Moscow Domodedovo Airport In Fire After Drone Attack

According to the mayor of the Russian capital, Sergei Sobyanin, "air defence shot down" two UAVs in Domodedovo and one each in the Ramensky and Stupinsky urban districts.

"The air defence forces of the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation in the urban district of Domodedovo repelled the attack of two drones that flew to Moscow. According to preliminary data, there are no destructions and no casualties in the area.

Now emergency services are working at the scene," Sobyanin said.

However, later there were reports that a fire broke out at the Moscow Domodedovo airport after a drone attack.

The ASTRA edition, citing eyewitnesses, reports that according to preliminary information, the drones hit the Moscow Domodedovo Airport.

Residents report that the drones fell on the VseInstrumenti.ru warehouse.

Also, there are online videos of the attack on Domodedovo Airport. As a result, a fire broke out, ASTRA reports.
