Sibir Battalion Liberates Village Of Gorkovskoye In Russian Belgorod Region

The offensive of volunteers into the depths of Russia continues.

The Sibir Battalion, which, together with the Freedom of Russia Legion and the Russian Volunteer Corps, is participating in a raid in the border regions of the Russian Federation, announced the liberation of another settlement.

"Units of the Russian Liberation Forces together with volunteers of the Chechen Republic of Ichkeria entered the village of Gorkovskoye in the territory of the Russian Federation and seized the building of the local administration," the report reads.

On March 16, the governor of the Belgorod region, Vyacheslav Gladkov, reported that "Gorkovskoye is under fire of the Armed Forces of Ukraine."

As of 2010, more than 400 people lived in Gorkovskoye.
