According to the authors of the Radio Svaboda article, the 16th separate radio electronic warfare brigade of the Russian troops is located 500 metres from the substation.
The servicemen of the brigade participated in the full-scale invasion of Ukraine in September 2022, one of the positions was captured by the AFU.
