Russians Hit Dnipro HPP Dam

Ukrhydroenergo confirmed hitting the Dnipro HPP dam. This morning, Russia launched a large-scale attack on Ukraine's infrastructure.

According to information, the company has a hit on hydraulic structures and the dam of the DniproHPP. There is no threat of dam bursting.

"The fire at the station continues. Emergency services and power engineers are working on the spot, overcoming the consequences of numerous airstrikes. There is no threat of a dam breach. The situation on the dam is under control," the organization’s representatives said.

Earlier, the Police of Zaporizhzhia announced the complete closure of traffic on the road through the dam of the power plant.
