They were ‘searching’ for the terrorists on the morning of March 22 and in the evening they "missed" them.
Information from the VChK-OGPU, the Telegram channel close to the Russian security services indicates that the Russian special services knew that a terrorist attack could be committed in the Moscow region on March 22. However, due to strange circumstances, the attack on the Crocus City Hall was missed.
"Immediately after the election of Putin and even when there was no inauguration, they decided not to show any threat to the population and tried to identify the threat with the help of operational information," the Telegram channel writes.
As the sources of the channel found out, on the morning of March 22, there was increased control of vehicles on the main highways in the Moscow region.
"Almost everyone who moved in the direction of Moscow was braked, in some places, there were 2-3 crews. Even the traffic police department for Vlasikha, working in the territory of Krasnoznamensk settlement (Holitsyno-2) and Vlasikha, were involved. According to the source, there were continuous checks of drivers and passengers. Even junior sergeants were involved in the work ‘on the ground’ of the Vlasikha traffic police, which usually does not happen either," the channel writes.
"On March 22, Slavic boxers and athletes from the North Caucasus ‘set a time’ at the Crocus. The day before, they had a conflict in the boxing club of Grigory Drozd. However, as soon as the Slavs arrived at Crocus, they were attacked by dozens of armed special services fighters, who put the boxers ‘on the ground’ as ‘terrorists’ and kept them on the ground for a long time. Moreover, the special services, as it turned out, were waiting for the athletes on the spot,” the channel's sources quote new information.
On March 22, they were searching for the terrorists in the morning and afternoon, but in the evening they "missed" the attack.
