Highly qualified personnel have been eliminated.

Russia has released the names of the liquidated crew members of the A-50U long-range radar detection and control aircraft, which was shot down over the Sea of Azov. The names of 10 occupants appeared in the network, but Ukrainian intelligence believes that there may be more liquidated.

The enemy A-50U aircraft was destroyed on the night of February 23 thanks to a joint operation of the Air Force of the AFU and the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine. Along with valuable hardware, the Russian Federation lost highly qualified personnel.

Russian social networks published the names of ten members of the destroyed A-50U:

Valery Borovikov, major, commander;

Chantsev Mikhail, major, assistant commander;

Alexander Provalov, captain, navigator;

Sergey Vasiliev, captain, flight engineer;

Dmitry Khrulev, warrant officer, senior air radio operator;

Sergey Fedosov, major, chief of the crew - senior shift chief;

Alexander Ruluk, Major, navigator - operator;

Valery Telmanov, lieutenant, navigator - operator;

Belov Alexey, captain, senior flight engineer - operator;

Egor Soldatkin, major; flight engineer - operator.

At the same time, the LIGA.net edition, citing an interlocutor in the Security and Defence Forces, confirmed the veracity of the list of liquidated occupants. At the same time, the Ukrainian military noted that the dead on board the aircraft A-50U could be even more.

We remind you that on January 14 this year, the AFU Air Force shot down Russian A-50 and Il-22 aircraft over the Sea of Azov. And on February 23, the defenders disarmed the A-50U aircraft of the occupants - an upgraded version of the DRLO. After the loss of the two aircraft, Russian troops suspended the use of these reconnaissance planes near the border.
