Kastusyou’s Daughter Not Released From Temporary Detention Facility

A criminal case could be opened against the woman.

Katsiaryna Kastusiova, the daughter of political prisoner Ryhor Kastusyou, was not released from the temporary detention facility after three days of arrest, MAYDAY TEAM reports.

Katsiaryna was detained on April 22. During this time, she did not undergo any administrative trials in the Mahiliou courts. Human rights activists believe that a criminal case has probably been opened against the woman.

The detention of Katsiaryna Kastusiova became known yesterday. In the video of the law-enforcers, she says that she contributed to the Viasna human rights center and was registered in the “Peiramoha” chatbot.
