Ukrainian Armed Forces Defeated Russian Troops Column Advancing Towards Kharkiv

The battle took place near the village of Pylna.

The Perun unit used drones and destroyed a column of Russian troops during the invaders' advance towards Kharkiv on May 10.

The 42nd separate mechanized brigade, which includes the corresponding unit, published a video of the work on Facebook.

Ukrainian defenders managed to eliminate four infantry fighting vehicles of the invaders along with their personnel. This happened near the village of Pylna, Kharkiv region, located on the border with Russia.

“4 infantry fighting vehicles were destroyed along with their personnel,” noted the 42nd separate mechanized brigade.

Russian occupiers, as noted by representatives of the DeepState analytical project, could launch an offensive in the Kharkiv region on May 10 and thereby attack a number of border settlements. In particular, the attack concerned the village of Pylna.

It is important to note that on May 10, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky named important areas for defense.
