Ukrainian Armed Forces Stabilize Front Line In North Kharkiv Region

The Ukrainian military continues to fight for Vovchansk.

Ukrainian troops have stabilized the front line in the north of the Kharkiv region. The Russian occupiers were trying to advance in the Lipetsk and Slobozhansk directions, but their attempts were stopped.

This was reported by RBC-Ukraine with a reference to head of the Kharkiv regional military administration Oleh Synehubov on the air of the telethon.

“The front line in the north has been stabilized. The enemy’s advance in the Lipetsk direction, as well as in the Slobozhansk direction, was not allowed,” said Synehubov.

According to him, the Ukrainian military continues fighting for the city of Vovchansk, where the front line actually runs along the Vovcha River.

“The occupiers are trying to advance there, but they are not successful, on the contrary. Our soldiers are recapturing house by house, street by street in this locality,” added the head of the regional military administration.

He emphasized that the Russians’ attempt to quickly capture the north failed due to the effective actions of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
