The Ukrainian intelligence set a record.
Satellite images of the aftermath of a drone strike by the Ukrainian Defence Ministry's Main Intelligence Directorate on the Russian radar station in the town of Orsk in Orenburg region of the Russian Federation have been published.
The corresponding images were released by Radio Svaboda's Schemes project.
In the photo for May 27, it can be seen that dark spots appeared on the territory of the radar station, which were not there before. The journalists assume that these are traces of fire as a result of the UAV hit.
The resolution of the photo does not allow to assess the degree of possible damage to the Russian station.
It is noted that Voronezh-M is part of the Russian stationary superhorizon long-range radars. They are designed to detect space and aerodynamic objects, including ballistic and cruise missiles.
Such a station has a target detection range of up to 6,000 kilometres.
