Lukashenka Rides Motorbike, Violates Traffic Rules

The inadequate dictator was giving a ride to his Spitz.

On May 30, the press service of Aliaksandr Lukashenka published a photo of him and his buddy-businessman Siarhei Tsiatseryn riding along a country road on a motorbike and a scooter. Spitz Umka was sitting on Lukashenka's laps. A security SUV was closing the procession.

Internet users did look at the photo and noticed that Lukashenka had violated at least one traffic rule - he was riding a motorbike without a helmet. His mate also decided to ignore the rules.

We remind you that paragraph 9.5 of Chapter 3 of the traffic rules obliges the driver to ‘be in a buckled motorbike helmet and not to carry passengers without a buckled motorbike helmet’. The violation of the rules of operating a motor vehicle is punishable by administrative responsibility - a fine of up to 1 basic unit.
