Zelensky: Time Of Belarus In Europe Will Certainly Come

The place of our country is in the EU.

Volodymyr Zelensky mentioned Belarus in his speech at the Conference on Ukraine's Recovery.

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky thanked for the support and called to invest in the reconstruction of the country, first of all in the energy system. He devoted a separate part of his speech to the political aspect of co-operation.

‘No matter how the moods in Europe change, the fact of our reality is this: the EU is needed by all Europeans without exception, by every nation that shares the common values of Europe and wants to live in peace.

Ukrainians are such a nation, as well as our neighbours in Moldova, as the people of Georgia, as the states of the Balkans and others who respect Europe, freedom and the rule of law,’ Zelensky said and stressed:

‘The time of free Belarus, Belarus in Europe, will definitely come.’
