HIMARS Turns Latest Russian Pantsir-S1 Into Burning Wreckage

The destroyed complex used to cover Moscow.

Russia's newest Pantsir-S1 anti-aircraft missile and cannon system was destroyed by a missile launched by GMLRS HIMARS in Luhansk region on June 10.

As reported by Censor.NET, the video footage of the defeated complex is published in social networks.

‘Ironically, but “Pantsir” is the main means of missile defence of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation and covers especially important objects precisely from HIMARS. But it could not even cover itself. The destroyed ‘Pantsir’ was part of the 1st Army of Air and Missile Defence of Special Purpose, which covers Moscow. However, the enemy is forced to throw all forces even from Moscow to the front,’ the commentary to the video notes.
