Media: Trump Unexpectedly Supports Military Aid To Ukraine

The politician may be in favour of strikes on Russian Federation.

Former US President Donald Trump in private conversations supports the granting by the States of military aid to Ukraine. This was reported by the US Republican Senator Joni Ernst, writesBleeding Heartland.

According to her, Trump realises that this is the right decision, but does not talk about it publicly.

"He's actually quite silent on the issue, and it's only in private conversations that he realises it's the right decision," Ernst said.

Ernst also called on European countries to provide more humanitarian aid to Ukraine and said the U.S. could produce munitions.

"But President Biden must allow those munitions to strike inside Russia. Otherwise, Ukraine is not going to win this war. He's preventing this country from actually defeating Russia. So President Biden needs to step up and do the right thing," the senator said.

She is sure that if Trump were to become the US president again, he would allow Ukraine to hit US weapons at facilities on Russian territory.

Ernst also said that the US would not abandon Ukraine if the Republicans gain control of the Senate.
