Russian Occupier Walking Along Demolished Vovchansk Street With His Hands Up

The surrender of a Russian was shown on video.

A video has been published online showing an occupier surrendering to Ukrainian soldiers during fighting in Vovchansk in the Kharkiv region.

As reported by Censor.NET, the recording shows how an occupier with his hands up appears in the field of view of a Ukrainian drone camera and walks along a broken street.

“He is going to surrender!” says the operator of the Ukrainian drone.
