City Transportation Company Co-Founder Standing Trial In Hrodna

The Hrodna Regional Court is beginning to consider the criminal case of Ihar Sushko. He is accused of “inciting other social hostility or discord” (Part 1 of Article 130 of the Criminal Code).

Ihar was detained on November 23, 2023. It is known that he was a co-founder of a city route transportation company, human rights activists report.

Sushko was detained for comments on Telegram channels about the Belarusian and Russian military.

The case was assigned to Judge Vital Kulesh.
