Washington Post: Ukrainian Troops Have Improved Positions At The Front

Moscow faced unexpected problems.

US officials say the situation in Ukraine is improving after Congress passed a major $61 billion aid package after months of delay.

The Washington Post reports this.

Although the front line has changed little in more than a year, they say Moscow is likely to face growing challenges in maintaining its advantage on the battlefield.
