Ukrainian Armed Forces Defeated Russian Armored Group Near Kostyantynivka

The epic battle was shown on video.

In the Donetsk region, near the village of Kostyantynivka, Ukrainian paratroopers defeated a Russian armored group. The 79th separate airborne assault Tavria brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces reported that in recent days the occupiers tried to break through the defenses in the Kurakhove direction again.

The Russian command sent tanks and infantry fighting vehicles to break through the Ukrainian defenses. Russian BMP-3s were equipped with additional 688M-SB3KDZ screened protection.

The set of 675-SB3KDZ polymer gratings was supposed to protect against fire from large-caliber machine guns and anti-tank grenade launchers. The outdated Soviet T-62MV tanks were supposed to pave the way for the assault groups.

The movement of Russian groups was monitored by Ukrainian reconnaissance drones, which adjusted fire. Artillery, minefields and attack drones were used to destroy the occupiers.

Attack drones with wings, probably Switchblade drones, were also used.

“They wanted 200 thousand rubles and a three-room apartment in Kyiv, but got two meters of land in the fields near Novomykhaylivka," Ukrainian paratroopers said.
