Drones Attacked TV Tower, Power Station and Station In Russia's Kursk Region

The TV tower in the city of Sudzha is burning.

In the Kursk region of the Russian Federation, on July 14, they complained about drone attacks. This time, the UAV came to the city of Sudzha.

According to Russian media and local social media pages, a television tower, a power station and, according to unconfirmed reports, a bus station were damaged. The acting governor of the Kursk region Alexey Smirnov also confirmed the fire on the TV tower.

Thus, three entries were published on Smirnov's Telegram channel on July 14 until 13:30. The first two, which appeared after 8 a.m., notified the residents of the region about the "missile alert". The third one notified about the strike of the "Ukrainian drone" on the "saint": a TV tower that helps residents of the city of Sudzha regularly receive powerful doses of Kremlin propaganda.

"A television tower caught fire as a result of an attack by a Ukrainian drone in the city of Sudzha. The duty guard of the fire brigade works on the spot. There are no casualties," Smirnov said.

According to the Russian media, the tower was hit by "at least two drones."

At the same time, the local publics complained about the attack on the power station in the same city.

"This morning, Ukraine attacked a power station in the city of Sudzha. As a result of the UAV attack, it caught fire. The fire was successfully extinguished," they reported.

The CyberBoroshno Ukrainian community, analized the the online video and it concluded that "the largest power station of Sudzha at 110kV is on fire, probably after hitting a good FPV drone".

And the volunteer and blogger Serhiy Sternenko showed a video of the strike on the power station.

"There are power outages in the city of Sudzha again. A power station burned down there. Thanks to the soldiers of the Destruction Team unit for sanitary measures and to you for donations for drones!" he captioned the footage.

Also, according to local social media "FPV attacked the Sudzha bus station", however, they specified, this data is preliminary.

Meanwhile, other propaganda media claimed that the "closed city gas station" was struck.

"There is not a single operating gas station left in Sudzha. The nearest is 20 km away. In total, there were four gas stations in the Sudzha district. The first two were bombed on July 5. The remaining two lost on July 9. One of the gas stations caught fire and almost exploded. Now all four gas stations are closed. But the Ukrainian forces continue to strike on them," the propagandists wrote.
