On the night of Monday, July 15, a Russian military base was hit in Sevastopol, reports the Crimean Wind monitoring group.
“The smoke over Sevastopol is clearing. There were strikes at night on a Russian military unit in the area of Cape Fiolent,” the message reads.
The group claims that there is a S-400/S-300 air defence system division from the 12th Anti-Aircraft Missile Regiment of the Russian Federation located there.
The Crimean Wind channel, citing subscribers, claims that a total of eight explosions were heard.
“Presumably, one of the radar stations was damaged, and there was also an explosion at the S-400 position,” the monitoring channel added.
It is noted that the military unit is located among dacha cooperatives, so UAV debris fell on country houses.
