‘This Is Apotheosis Of Lukashenka's Shamelessness’

An inclusive park, created with Western money, is being opened in Vitsebsk for the second time. We are talking about ‘Rainbow World’ in the floodplain of the Vitsba River. In 2019, the Kastrychnitski district of Vitsebsk opened this inclusive park for a grant from the Polish Embassy. A couple of days ago, the park is being opened again, now with money from UNICEF. Not a word about the existing park. Both events with an interval of 5 years are colourfully described by the local ‘pro-governmental’ media, writes a reader of Charter97.org:

‘Vitsebsk Lukashists show their high-morality in all its glory. It is the apotheosis of Lukashenka's shamelessness to advertise for the second time on one object connected with the recreation of special children, built with Western ‘enemy’ money. This is not to mention how much they siphoned off on it.

A separate question to UNICEF and its representative Rustam Khaidarov. How could they allocate money for an already existing facility? To the regime that throws a huge amount of money at ideologising, deceiving and militarising children. Which tortures and imprisons minors. Leaves children orphaned by throwing their parents into prisons. Breaks every law in existence. And so shamelessly siphons money from the Western world on inclusive projects.

Mr Khaidarov should talk to Mikita Zalatarou, who is staying for the fifth year in the Lukashist prison, where he was imprisoned when he was 16 years old. He was tortured there, including with electricity, and the conditions of detention were toughened in violation of all norms. And now they are suing him to add time to his sentence.
