A resident of Hrodna was detained after returning from the Netherlands, where he has a job. The “repentant” video was published on Telegram by the Belarusian enforcers.

In the recording, the man says that he works in the Netherlands as a solar panel installer, arrived in Hrodna on July 7 and was detained for registering in the Peramoga Plan and comments there.

It is alleged that the man will be sent to a pre-trial detention center.
