Their boat sank.

A couple in Vileika district was resting on a boat on the local reservoir near the village of Sosenka on July 29, but at some point a strong wind flooded the boat. The help of rescuers was needed. This was reported in the Ministry of Emergency Situations.

Information about the incident came to the emergency Department at about nine o'clock in the morning. OSVOD employees arrived at the scene. There was a man and a woman in the boat, they were not able to get off the island.

The rescuers brought them to the shore. The 35-year-old man and his 27-year-old companion were not injured and did not need medical assistance.
