Too short a “bench of reserves”?

On July 30, Lukashenka met with the working group on the analysis of the activities of the National Academy of Sciences.

The former head of the NAS and Prime Minister Mikhail Myasnikovich was at the meeting, Solidarity noted.

The 74-year-old official was called a “political figure” by state media. It is unknown why Lukashenka needed him. Perhaps the dictator has too short a “bench of reserves”. Such people have to be brought back to work.
