Ukrainian Armed Forces Break Through Russian Border Near Belgorod

The village of Poroz has been taken under control.

The Ukrainian Defense Forces have successfully crossed the border of the Belgorod region of Russia.

On the morning of August 10, soldiers of the 252nd Assault Battalion of the Territorial Defense recorded a video from the Russian village of Poroz, which is in the Grayvoron district, dialog.ua reports.

The video was recorded on the threshold of the Poroz village club, which is in the center of the village. Judging by the footage, in addition to the 252nd Assault Battalion “Shturm” of the Territorial Defense of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, the Georgian Legion also took part in the operation.

“Battalion 252 is in the village of Poroz, Belgorod region. Glory to Ukraine! Glory to the 252nd Battalion!” the soldiers said.

It should be noted that the village of Poroz is located just a couple of kilometers from the Ukrainian-Russian border.

At the moment it is unknown whether this is a local operation or a major breakthrough of the border, as in the Kursk region.
