A Ukrainian officer responded to the dictator.
What awaits Lukashenka if he unleashes a war against Ukraine?
This was stated by retired major of the National Guard of Ukraine and veteran of the Russian-Ukrainian war Oleksiy Hetman on the air of the Espresso TV channel.
"We can be confident with a high degree of certainty that shortly, no actions will be carried out against us from the territory of Belarus, especially by land. Otherwise, we can use Article 51 of the United Nations Charter on self-defence and have the right to attack any military facilities on the aggressor's territory. No additional permissions are needed for this," he said.
According to the retired NGU major, the Belarusian army will be defeated if Lukashenko goes to war.
"If we have agreed with our partners not to use certain types of weapons, then with our own weapons, excuse me, we are guided by articles of international law, that is, the UN Charter.
Lukashenka will understand that if he starts to get out of his territory, and at least something is done from Belarus, not just something flies in, then we will immediately respond with a blow. He sees now that if Ukraine strikes back, the Belarusian army, with all its capabilities, will be defeated very quickly," he summed up.
