Chinese Journalist Asks ‘Akhmat’ Commander Uncomfortable Questions

About the escape and the captured Kadyrovites.

An interview with the commander of the Chechen unit “Akhmat” Apti Alaudinov to the Chinese “war correspondent” Liu Yuguang has been published, which begins with a question about the positions abandoned by Chechen troops in the Kursk region. In response, Alaudinov stated that only “TsIPSO” and “pro-Ukrainian” Telegram channels wrote about this, and his military is still holding the positions they occupied before the border breakthrough, ASTRA reports.

“They say there are prisoners among you,” Yuguang asks in the video.

“A lot of prisoners,” Alaudinov answers.

“No, these are your, Chechen prisoners, taken by the Ukrainians.”

“In the area I'm talking about, there weren't very many, five prisoners.”

At the end of the interview, Alaudinov stated that “In the next two or three months this will be over, not only in the Kursk direction, but completely, the entire “special military operation” will be over.”
