Unidentified people set fire to a railway post in Moscow with a Molotov cocktail, Russian Telegram channel Baza reported on August 23.
According to the preliminary version of events, the electric network sectionalisation post located on the Khimki-Skhodnya (Oktyabrskaya Railway) crossing and consisting of two rooms caught fire on the night of August 22-23. Unknown persons allegedly unscrewed the ventilation grates and threw a Molotov cocktail inside through the holes.
Several fire brigades worked on the site, but the post building was completely burnt out. Previously, it was used to redistribute electricity between neighbouring sites depending on the railway load.
