Expert: It'll Take Two Weeks For War-Changing Event
Ivan Yakovina

The AFU is already close to it.

Journalist Ivan Yakovyna suggested that soon the Ukrainian forces will be able to reach Kurchatov and take control of the Kursk nuclear power plant. The Russian Federation directly depends on the Kursk NPP and if it stops working, not only ordinary Russians, but also enterprises will be left without power, which will bring losses and shake the economy.

The journalist clearly showed the difference between the Ukrainian military and the Russian occupiers: "They are struggling to make a sign of equality between the atrocities that the Russian army staged, let's say, in Bucha and what is happening now in Sudzha. They, of course, do not succeed (they do not even have anything similar), but Russian propaganda is trying very hard. I saw a Ukrainian video today that Ukrainian soldiers are now bypassing apartments and houses abandoned by Russian residents in Sudzha and its environs, and saving pets that the Russians abandoned while fleeing. These animals were left without food and water. Many die because it's hot. And now the Ukrainian soldiers are busy saving the pets of Russians."

After that, the political observer voiced his vision of the development of events in the Kursk region: "I think that if events now develop in the same way as now, that is, there will be no improvements or deteriorations, but will go as they are now, then in about a couple of weeks the Ukrainian army will reach Rylsk, Lgov, and then Kurchatov, and thus establish its control over the Kursk Nuclear Power Plant. This will be a very important achievement. In my opinion, this could be the most important turning point in the entire war. Why? Because Putin, let's be honest, does not feel sorry for either Sudzhu or Rylsk and people do not care, but the economy of fifteen regions of Central Russia depends on the Kursk Nuclear Power Plant."
