Le Monde: Ukrainian Special Services Train Tuaregs Who Defeated Wagner In Mali

Ukrainian special services are teaching Tuareg rebels in Mali how to operate drones. This is reported by the French publication Le Monde, citing its own sources.

According to one of the rebel commanders, “exchanges” with Ukrainian special services are indeed taking place to see how cooperation can be achieved.

“We have connections with the Ukrainians, but also with everyone else — the French, the Americans and others,” said Mohamed Elmaouloud Ramadan, a representative of the CSP-DPA (a Malian rebel group).

According to Le Monde’s sources, the Ukrainian authorities are providing the rebels in Mali with strategic information and also training them to use drones.

It is important to note that on July 28, Tuareg rebels routed a large column of Wagnerites in Mali.

On July 29, spokesman for the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine Andriy Yusov stated that Tuareg rebels had received the necessary information that allowed them to rout a column of Wagnerites in Mali.
