240 Illegal Migrants Attacked Polish Border From Belarus

Stones and branches were thrown at the Poles.

More than 240 people tried to illegally cross the Belarusian-Polish border on August 2-5.

More than 80 attempts to illegally cross the border were recorded on Friday, more than 80 on Saturday, and more than 70 on Sunday, the Polish Border Guard reports.

The migrants tried to cross the Przewloka and Svislach rivers, and in some cases got aggressive, throwing stones and tree branches at Polish patrols.
