The press service of the Minsk branch of the Ministry of Emergency Situations reported that everything is calm in the capital, and fires in forests and swamps are to blame.

In the morning, the Ministry of Forestry reported that forest protection had been fighting a fire in the Krupki district of the Minsk region all night. A swamp and a forest are burning there. More than 150 forestry workers are involved in the liquidation.

It should be noted that strong fires are raging in Palessie, including in the Chernobyl zone on the border of Belarus and Ukraine.
