A large group of Russian military personnel decided to lay down their arms.
Lieutenant General Oleksandr Pavlyuk, Commander of the Ukrainian Ground Forces, released new footage of Russian military personnel surrendering to the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the Kursk region of the Russian Federation.
"The ground forces continue to replenish the exchange fund," the caption to the video says.
It is noted that on that day, the separate mechanized Steppe Brigade captured 13 Russians, 4 of whom were seriously wounded.
"The Kursk operation. After 5 days of fierce fighting, the enemy was left without water and ammunition. As a result, the white flag was raised," Pavlyuk described.
