A powerful video.
The moment of explosions at a Russian military facility near the city of Toropets was noticed by video cameras installed on satellites. As a result of the hit by the drones of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, the shells and missiles that were stored in Russian warehouses began to detonate, and a column of smoke was recorded from a height of at least 400 km.
The video of the explosion in the Tver region was published by an OSINT analyst with the nickname Osinttechnical on the social network X (Twitter).

The investigator's message appeared online at about 08:00 on September 18. The video lasts only two seconds. At first, you can see a panorama of the area, partially covered by clouds. Then, at a certain point, a smoky peak appears, which was visible from space. The author of the message is sure that the event occurred in the city of Toropets, because he checked the cloud map on the meteorological portal. He noted that viewers see the explosion of the 107th arsenal of the Main Missile and Artillery Directorate of the Russian Defense Ministry, which was carried out by drones of the Ukrainian Defense Forces.
The flight altitude of the satellites is from 400 km to 800 km and higher. This means that the column of smoke from the detonation of Russian missile and weapons depots was visible from at least 400 kilometers.
