Zelensky: End Of War Closer Than We Think

The President of Ukraine revealed what Putin is afraid of.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky made an optimistic statement regarding the possible end of the war with Russia, saying in an interview with ABC News that the end of the war is ‘closer than we think.’

‘I think we are closer to peace than we think. We are closer to the end of the war,’ he emphasised.

Zelensky also called on allies to strengthen Ukraine's army.

‘The plan of victory is to strengthen Ukraine. That's why we ask our friends, our allies to strengthen us. This is very important,’ the Ukrainian president said.

Zelensky also said in the interview that Putin is ‘afraid’ of the Kursk operation.

‘It's true. He is very much afraid,’ he said.

‘Why? Because his people have seen that he cannot defend ... that he cannot defend all his territory.’

The Ukrainian president also added that Ukraine can only force Putin to end the war from a ‘strong position.’
