BT's Website Announces 'Requisition Of Vehicles And Residential Premises'

A strange message appeared on the state-owned TV channel.

About a day ago, the BT's website tvr.by published a "decree of Aliaksandr Lukashenka" under the heading "Advertising news", allegedly signed on September 27, Pozirk noted.

The "Document" #370 is called "On means of supporting migrants in the border regions of the Republic of Belarus". At the same time, it provides rules related to "conscription".

"In order to determine the legal status of migrants in the brest, hrodna and vitebsk regions [spelling preserved - Ed.], as well as support for administrative bodies," Lukashenka allegedly obliged "entrepreneurs in the transport industry" to hand over their vehicles to state bodies "within 7 days from the date of conscription".

In case of refusal, as stated, "regional authorities of the Republic of Belarus have the right to seize pre-determined means of transport."

"Owners of houses and apartments are required to provide them to regional authorities within 7 days from the day of the conscription," in case of refusal, the relevant information will be transferred to the prosecutor's office, the "decree" reads.

The "document" also provides for granting "special legal status" to persons "moved to the above-mentioned houses and apartments."

The publication on the BGTRK website cites the "words" of the head of Lukashenka's administration Dzmitry Krutoi, who allegedly stated that "these decrees are a response to the latest wave of black refugees that has swept over our country." "The decree provides for the partial requisition of vehicles and residential premises. We will keep you informed of further steps in this matter," Krutoi noted.

Who made this publication and for what purpose is unknown.

At the same time, the site is being updated, among other things, it published reports on the participation of Foreign Minister Maksim Ryzhenkou in the 79th session of the UN General Assembly.
