Ukrainian Men In Poland Start Receiving Fake Summonses

Polish authorities have made a statement.

Male Ukrainian citizens living in Poland are receiving fake letters calling for military service, in which draft dodgers are threatened with legal liability. This was reported by the Office for Foreigners.

The letters, which are sent on behalf of the office, emphasize the mandatory military service in the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

People who refuse mobilization are allegedly threatened with legal liability, including arrest and extradition to Ukraine.

The office emphasizes that it is not the author of such notifications.
