Kadyrov Was Awarded The Title Of "hero Of Chechnya"

The head of Chechnya has received 31 awards in 41 months.

Chechen head of state Ramzan Kadyrov has been awarded the highest honor of the region - the title "Hero of the Chechen Republic". The ceremony of awarding the Gold Star medal took place during the opening of the new government complex in Grozny, where Kadyrov was presented the award by the chairman of the republic's government Magomed Daudov. According to the official wording, the title was awarded "for outstanding services to the state, selfless service to the people, personal courage, and many years of selfless state and public activity aimed at prosperity and increasing the republic's social and economic potential."

In his Telegram channel, Magomed Daudov called the title "a sign of the greatest honor and an expression of the Chechen people's deep gratitude to their worthy son." He noted that Ramzan Kadyrov "honorably continues the work of Akhmat-Khadji Kadyrov" and under his "wise and decisive leadership the republic has passed the way from hardship to peace, stability and prosperity. Daudov added that Kadyrov's merits "cannot be overestimated" and are "worthy of special study."

The title "Hero of the Chechen Republic" was established in November 2022. The award is an eight-pointed gold star weighing 70 grams made of 750th gold. The upper part of the medal is engraved with the word "Kъonakh" ("Hero"), the lower part with the slogan "Allahu Akbar. Akhmat - strength". On the reverse side is embossed "Hero of the Chechen Republic."

According to Wurst's research, since the beginning of Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine, Ramzan Kadyrov and 29 members of his family have received at least 146 different awards. Most of them (82 awards) are internal republican awards, including 11 medals in honor of the "100th anniversary of the formation of the Chechen Republic", 9 orders of Kadyrov and 8 medals "For Merit to the Chechen Republic". Ramzan Kadyrov himself received the most awards - 31 awards in 41 months.
